Kowloon Walled City – Wikireadia
Kowloon Walled City was an ungoverned and also largely inhabited de jure Chinese territory within the borders of Kowloon City, British Hong Kong. Initially a Chinese army ft, the walled city came to be a territory after the New Territories were rented to the UK by China in 1898.
